2. License

Your purchase grants you 2 non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses to use the Software on 2 different devices according to the license associated with your purchase.

You may not:

• redistribute the Software;

• resell the Software;

• share your license key;

• reverse engineer or modify the Software except where permitted by applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Software and all associated intellectual property remain the property of Spaghetti Industries.

Purchasing the Software does not transfer ownership of the Software or its source code.

4. Updates

Your purchase may include updates according to the plan or license purchased.

Future major versions or additional products may require a separate purchase.

5. Refunds

If you experience a technical issue preventing the Software from functioning as intended, please contact support.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In case of refunds, software license will be inactivated and access will be lost.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spaghetti Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business interruption, or other commercial damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

Your use of the Software is at your own risk.

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying that models created using the Software are suitable for your intended application.

Spaghetti Industries is not responsible for manufacturing defects, print failures, mechanical failures, or damage resulting from models created with the Software.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the official website.

10. License Revocation

Spaghetti Industries reserves the right to suspend or revoke software licenses obtained or used through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized means. This includes, but is not limited to, stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, unauthorized resale, license sharing intended to circumvent licensing limits, or other attempts to misuse the licensing system.
